I was born in April 1974 in the infamous Werdenfelser Land of Upper Bavaria, Southern Germany.
After a loving upbringing and gratifying education, I went on to achieve a BA in Information Technology at the prestigious Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
As an undergraduate in 1995, I established the Internet service provider GEDIK GmbH, also in Munich. In 2006, I launched the Gibraltar-based
Transact Network Ltd.
Other positions held throughout my career include Direction and Business Development at Partygaming Plc, as well as Director of Payments at Bay Management Ltd.
Furthermore, in 2011, I was Co-founder of the PPRO Group.
As a certified anti-money laundering specialist, I was primarily responsible for issuing operations at PPRO, focusing on sales activities and business development in the prepaid cards segment.
The priority of my holding portfolio is creating sustainable investments in a myriad of leading industries.
For approximately 25 years, I have been consistently searching for fresh opportunities, ensuring that I consider the smart money approach in all of my projects; and combining my lengthy experience with reliable connections from my former business career.
As a partner at Mando GmbH & Co. KG, we produce and operate photovoltaic systems on open spaces and roof systems, chiefly in eastern Germany. Our focus is on the utilisation of high-performance energies such as solar energy, as well as the construction and management of electricity and heat generation plants.
One of my most cherished investments is with Aqua-Spark, a global mutual fund.
Our shared goal is to invest in small and medium-scale sustainable aquaculture companies, that work to bring about safe, accessible aquatic life such as fish, shellfish and plants, without harming the health of our planet. In addition to such projects, we endeavour to create employment, reduce poverty, empower the underserved, and help strengthen communities.
My investments in this field include purchasing, owning, managing, renting, and selling real estate. In addition to my own projects, I am also involved in GVA AG, a property enterprise based in Berlin, as well as the Bavarian Alpen Land AG located in my beloved hometown, both of which have a wide range of properties in their respective portfolios.
With the help of my participation, IGP Ingenieur AG acts in the entire spectrum of construction planning and management; ranging from project management, project development, planning, and property monitoring, to quality assurance of complex commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. IGP's crown jewel is its involvement at BER Airport.
Naturally, I am also heavily invested in my favourite topic - the development of progressive and flexible solutions for complex IT environments.
Alongside my own experience in IT enterprise, I have invested in companies such as Provectus Technologies GmbH, Financial.com and Vassol GmbH - all of which stand for secure and efficient IT concepts in their segments.
I have what can only be described as a sincere love of traveling.
I find that it is nothing short of an incredible source of inspiration in all its forms, but above all, fuels my search for new challenges and companions with whom I can overcome them.
The most exciting trips of my career encompass the South Pole, various regions of Africa (especially Kilimanjaro), the Himalayas, the Zugspitze, Hong Kong, Moscow, and the mountain ranges of Peru, among countless others.
